The
Truth About Islam
Islam: Is it a Peaceful Religion?
Since September 11th 2001, the news media,
many of our governmental officials, and an overwhelming number of
"Christian Leaders" have embraced Islamic beliefs and have declared that
the Muslim faith was a Peaceful Religion.
Nothing could be
further from the truth. Islam is a violent, terrorist, Satanically led
religion.
Not only do the facts prove this, but also the Koran (the Muslim bible) promotes terrorism,
violence, and the killing of all who do not support or belive in the same
way as Muslims do.
A 'Faithful' Muslim who is true to their belief
MUST follow the writings of the Koran, otherwise, they themselves
will be declared an INFIDEL (the view of Muslims toward Christians and
other "Non-Muslims").
It is shocking
that the (so called) Spiritual Leaders of America in the wake of September
11, 2001 have not revealed the TRUTH concerning Islam and it's origins.
It is not shocking, however, that
these same leaders have embraced the idea that Islam is peaceful, that
Muslim people serve the "same God" as Christians, and that we are "all"
going to heaven together.
To even begin to
understand September 11, the conflict in the Middle East, the hatred of
America and Israel and the viewpoint of the Muslim people, one needs to
investigate the background of the Muslim people.
This is NOT a
new conflict. In fact, this conflict has existed for thousands of years.
While the natural eye (carnal man) is looking at the physical events, it
is an open shame that VERY FEW people today have enough of the Spirit of
God in them to understand that these are not "NATURAL" problems but
SPIRITUAL ISSUES.
ISLAM IN PERSPECTIVE
Who could
forget this quote?
"Islam must rule the world and until Islam does rule the world we will
continue to sacrifice our lives,..." Al-Badr spokesman
Mustaq Aksari,- CNN September 19,2001
This quote
certainly coincides with the teachings of the Quran (Muslim Bible), and
needs no further explanation. If you are interested in whether Islam is
really peaceful or not, I encourage you to research it yourself. There are
many good websites on the internet from which to do a full study of the
facts concerning Islam.
My purpose and desire here is to show you the REAL issues behind this
division between Christians, Jews, and Muslims.
The hatred of Jewish people by those of the Muslim Faith and Arabic World
is in fact, more deeply rooted than that of Hitler during World War II.
Why is there a division at all? Where is the line of separation?
What has caused such a hatred of the Jews by the Muslim faith.
My first experience with a man of the Islamic faith in 1992 was an
eye-opener for me. It was then that I realized that there was more going
on between the two religions than meets the eye. This man (and many others
I have met in the years since 1992) had a very deep rooted hatred for
Jewish people that went much deeper than carnality. As I began to converse
with other Muslims and as I attempted to determine just why there was such
a division, I found many things in common that pointed to more than flesh.
This was a
spiritual matter.
SPIRITUAL
Let me explain
the core of the problem. Way back in
Genesis chapter 11,
we read of a man whom God commanded to leave his own country of UR and to
go to the land of Canaan. When one looks at the location of the land of
Ur, already we can see some of the puzzle beginning to come together. Ur
was located in what is now, southern Iraq, about 100 miles northwest of
the Kuwait border.
Again in
the 12th chapter of Genesis, we find God telling Abram to leave Haran and
to journey to a land that would be shown unto him.
(Genesis 12:1-3).
Though I had
read that many times, I never thought about looking for the physical
location of Ur. I've had several Muslim people, especially those who have
immigrated from Iraq, ask me if I knew the story of Abraham and of his
original country. When I exclaimed that I did know the story and that he
was from Ur, I was asked "Where is Ur"? I had to confess that I didn't
have a clue. Every single one of those Iraqi immigrants stated "It is
in MY country"!
Research indeed
shows that Ur certainly is in
southeastern Iraq as shown on a
Biblical Times Map.
Now back to the
teaching: We find Abram leaving as he was instructed to journey to a land
where he had never been. Most of us know the details of the story how God
had made a WORD COVENANT with Abram, how Abram journeyed into Egypt during
a famine and how Pharaoh was placed in jeopardy because of Abram. We know
that Abram got much wealth from Pharaoh and left Egypt to journey back to
Bethel. We read the story of Lot and Abram's split and the resulting
journeys of Abram.
Then we get to a
place of a different type of covenant. We will discover on the next page
that God strengthened the covenant and reinforced the idea that Abram
would be a father of many nations.
Let's continue
this on the next page.
